Set a TIMER FOR 10 MIN.

10min AMRAP (EVERY 2 MIN DO 2 Burpees then finish up where you left off)
10 Goblet Squats
5 Push Ups
5 Planks Jacks
10 Thursters 10 Sit Ups
5 Supermans
10 Skaters (weighted or no weight) (R + L = 1)
